8- Asserting yourself, saying NO

Don’t accept everything from others. Know how to say NO and not run away in order to protect, strengthen and develop your self-esteem.

9- List your core values

Knowing your fundamental values means being able to define the limits you must not exceed, so as not to forget yourself!

10- Turning shortcomings into qualities, failures into learning

Every failure makes us grow. Failure doesn’t stop us, it makes us GROW!

Accept our faults, assume them but don’t suffer them. Get rid of the ones that weigh us down in our daily lives. It’s important to identify them.
