Running non-stop and never having time to rest… that’s what many people do in their daily lives. The rhythm of life is what it is, but should we forget ourselves? Should we draw on our reserves and wait for our body’s warning signal to react or take action?
OOOOOH no! Discover 10 ways to recharge your batteries and regain your energy in no time!
1. RECHARGE YOURSELF WITH CREATIVE ACTIVITIES THAT INSPIRE YOU
Whether you’re taking photos, cooking, knitting, painting, gardening, coloring… Let creativity do the talking and recharge your batteries.
Use your own skills to create something (big or small) with your own hands, and feel that pleasant sense of satisfaction inside. It’s your creation, your idea that you’ve put into place. Often you don’t know what to expect as a result, and it’s so nice not to know what the outcome will be. A bit like life, it’s nice not to know what experience you’re going to have or where it’s going to take you. And that’s what makes life even better!
2. OUT IN NATURE
It’s often inexplicable, but our relationship and connection with nature is very real and palpable. When you walk in nature, in awareness, everything becomes clear.
The natural world surrounds us. And the natural world is also within you. We’re all one! So when you spend minutes, even hours, in nature, you feel this energy coming through you, boosting you, regenerating you, soothing you. Spend at least 30 minutes in nature to feel the energy return to you!
Take advantage of this natural source of energy all around you and take a forest bath!
3. CULTIVATE POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS AROUND YOU
Surround yourself with people who support and inspire you, and walk away from toxic people when you feel your energy is low. And that’s okay. It’s better to be honest with yourself and tell yourself and accept that this isn’t the time to see this person, rather than give the rest of the energy you have to the other person.
4. LEARN TO MANAGE YOUR STRESS
Learning to better manage stress means being able to detach yourself from the pressure and not let it get to you. Fatigue is often the result of overuse of :
Your body, either consciously (with sport) or unconsciously (with stress, anxiety, annoyances, emergencies…).
His mind (rumination, looking for solutions, lack of concentration or attention, disappointment, getting stuck on a past event…)
And emotions (anger, frustration, fear…).
The important thing is not to forget or pay no attention to your ailments, but to know how to accept them, to accept the messages, to learn about yourself, to relieve yourself of your ailments and to act so that this message is followed. Practice meditation, deep breathing or sophrology to calm your mind and soothe your emotions. Sophrology is a holistic, mind-body method that has an impact not only on your state of well-being, but also on your personal evolution, wounds, beliefs and aspirations.
Try sophrology, adopt it and practice it with ease. Individual or group sessions!

5. EAT BETTER
Eat healthier: Opt for a balanced and varied diet to stay fit and healthy. Don’t succumb to fast food that doesn’t provide the nutrients you need to keep your body and brain awake. Focus on foods such as
- Carbohydrates: legumes, fruit, etc.
- Proteins: fish, eggs, lean meat…
- Foods rich in healthy fats: avocados, nuts, seeds and vegetable oils…
- Vitamins and minerals, such as colorful fruits and vegetables, help maintain an efficient metabolism and prevent fatigue.
6. LEARN TO SAY NO
Don’t overload your schedule and learn to say no to requests that don’t suit you or that your schedule doesn’t allow. Learning to say NO means respecting yourself, listening to yourself and knowing your limits. Don’t wait for other people to know your limits – set them.
7. RELIEF YOURSELF
Exercise regularly and move your body to release tension and boost your energy. Dance, walk, run, fitness…whatever inspires you.
Did you know that sophrology not only calms you down, but also releases tension from your body and mind?…
8. SET YOURSELF GOALS
Set personal and professional goals to keep you motivated and moving in the right direction. Long-term and short-term goals such as daily or weekly, so that you can see how you’re progressing.
9. DO THE HOUSEWORK
Do the housework, yes do the housework! You’re on your own, you’re in your own bubble and you’re back in control of your house or apartment. Take the opportunity to do it to the sound of music, or even dance along 😊. And when you’re done, you’ll be able to savor your clean house or apartment, cleansed of dirt and negativity, breathing easier… JUST LIKE YOU!
10.GIVE YOURSELF REGULAR TIME TO RELAX AND UNWIND
It refreshes you and recharges your batteries. Sitting and thinking in peace and quiet frees you from the constant thoughts that your brain can’t stop thinking. A little intellectual break so you can come back with fresh eyes and the energy you need to carry on for the rest of the day and week.
