to develop concentration in everyday life WITH holistic therapy!
Concentration offers many advantages in everyday life, both at work and at home. Generally speaking, it improves productivity and well-being for everyone, and enables :
- to do more in less time,
- to build mental stamina and limit burnout at work,
- to ity and problem-solving skills,
- enables the brain to process and store information more quickly,
- quicker, more precise decision-making in the face of problems.
- to let go and feel in the present moment.
When concentration is lacking, it doesn’t stop at work and spills over into everyday personal life.
Lack of concentration is not inevitable. It can be helped and improved by holistic practices.

Sophrology, is a holistic body-psychology practice capable of refocusing you and creating the energy that will enable you to relax, let go in a hectic environment, regain control of your thoughts and concentration, and stay connected to yourself, whatever the situation.
This face-to-face or virtual group program is organized and managed by Christelle Marchetti Veclin, holistic therapy practitioner.
This group program starts on April 23rd in virtual mode and on April 25th in face-to-face mode.
Virtual sessions are every Tuesday at 6pm (AST)
Face-to-face sessions are every Thursday at 6pm in Moncton (NB).

The aim of this program and sessions is to strengthen your powers of concentration and reduce the impact of your environment on your mind. A mind that frequently stifles and :

What factors influence concentration?
STRESS
Anxiety, fear of failure, difficulty resisting psychological pressures.
THE DIGITAL
Overuse of digital devices, such as telephones, computers and screens, affects our concentration levels.
FATIGUE
Physical or nervous, it has a considerable impact, and also reduces attention span.

Who I am?
I accompany people at the crossroads of their lives!

I’m a woman and mother of 3 children who, as my life has unfolded, has overcome many difficulties encountered during my childhood, my expatriations and my family life! Because life is not a long, quiet river, it has pushed me to surpass myself and evolve towards a completely different path that I never thought possible: that of WELL-BEING!
That’s why, for several years now, I’ve been delighted to accompany women at the crossroads of their lives.
A crossroads that will enable them to overcome blockages, fears of the past or the future, and gain self-confidence and self-esteem.
It’s important that the present should no longer be suffered or dreaded, but that it should be enjoyed at every moment, enabling us to prepare for the future with greater peace of mind.
The practices I use, including sophrology, and which I teach to people, enable them to regain control of THEMSELVES!
Sophrology is a personal development technique that can be offered to people as a genuine wellness accompaniment to improve their skills, abilities, positive thinking and well-being.
